Installation and deployment
The integration between AI Commerce and Akeneo is designed specifically for headless architecture. The integration allows the product information managed in Akeneo (e.g. names, descriptions, images, technical specifications) to be combined with the dynamic information provided by the ERP (e.g. prices, stock levels, customer-specific prices) in AI Commerce.
The implementation is carried out as follows:
Establishing and configuring the Akeneo environment to meet customer needs
Designing product families, attributes, and categories
Activating the integration interface (REST API) and the necessary permissions
Configuring AI Commerce: linking fields and languages
Testing and starting production use
The customer can use AI Commerce's Akeneo integration either as a ready-made native solution or as a customized extended version. Additionally, AI Commerce also handles version updates and further development on behalf of the customer.
