Maintenance notice
On Sunday, June 1, 2025, from 01:00 to 01:05, we will transfer the session service from our own Redis server to a fully encrypted ElastiCache cluster managed by AWS.
Benefits of the change:
Very strong data security – session data will be encrypted at rest (AES-256).
Broader compliance – the solution meets ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR requirements.
Improved availability – the architecture of two data centers enables automatic recovery: if one AZ in the Stockholm AWS region goes down, the session service will start serving from the other data center in under 60 seconds.
Impact on users: during the maintenance window, your login may be briefly interrupted; logging in will be possible immediately after the transfer.

Disruption of AWS services in the EU-NORTH-1 region
There were reports of network issues and delays in the EU-NORTH-1 region (eun1-az3) in AWS services between 3:10 PM – 5:10 PM PST. The issue affected multiple services within the region but did not prevent traffic to or from the region.
The network connectivity issue was resolved at 5:10 PM PST, after which services began to recover. Some services continued to handle delayed requests until 7:00 PM PST. AWS has confirmed that all services are now functioning normally.

Exchange of motherboards in the Akeneo server data center (Helsinki)
Hetzner has discovered a design flaw in the motherboards of the server models AX42, AX52, and AX102, which may cause malfunctions. To minimize the issue, Hetzner will replace all motherboards of the affected models, including those related to our maintained Akeneo service.
The server may be temporarily unavailable during the replacement work. The replacement will take approximately 30–40 minutes, and Hetzner will handle it free of charge.
