The use of the customer card has been further improved thanks to the new automatic pickup point search. The system automatically retrieves the locations of Posti, Matkahuolto, and Schenker based on the customer's postal code. If search results are found, a selection list is displayed from which the desired pickup point can be chosen. After making a selection, the "Pickup Location ID" and "Pickup Location Name" fields are automatically filled in.
If one wishes to search for points of service in another area, the user can temporarily modify the postal code of the customer card and conduct the search again. If the search cannot be performed or no points of service are found, the field is hidden, and a clear message is displayed to the user: "No points of service found."
This improvement saves time, reduces errors in delivery addresses, and enhances the customer experience – unnecessary empty selection lists are becoming a thing of the past. Automatic filling also ensures that the delivery information remains consistent until the order is completed.
