Payment methods can now be targeted according to customer type.

On the AI Commerce platform, it is now possible to target payment methods based on customer type. In the settings, it can be specified whether the payment method is shown to everyone, only to business customers, private individuals, or only to administrators.

If the payment method setting is chosen as “admin”, it will only be visible when the customer's account is logged in through the admin panel's Account Login feature. This allows, for example, the testing or use of special payment methods only through customer service.

In addition, sole proprietors (whose business name includes “tmi”) are excluded from business customers, as payment partners often process them as private individuals. This reduces the risk of abandoned payments and improves the success of the payment process.
