The background servers of the control panel are now operating in two separate data centers.

We have moved the AI Commerce Cloud control panel's backend services to an active-active configuration across two physically separate data centers in the Stockholm area. Thanks to the solution:

Zero-downtime failover: Load is automatically balanced; a complete data center failure or network outage redirects traffic to another data center within seconds. RPO 0 s and RTO < 60 s.
Data security and compliance: Both data centers meet ISO 27001 and SOC 2 requirements. At the same time, we updated the container and code environments to the latest LTS versions.
100 % managed update: The change was implemented rolling during the quietest hours of the night without downtime. No actions are required from the merchant; interfaces, API keys, and integrations continue to function as before.

This infrastructure update is part of our ongoing High Availability roadmap, aimed at securing business-critical processes 24/7 even during the busiest sales peaks.
