All session-related events are now consistently recorded in AI Commerce both in JavaScript tracking and the Measurement Protocol API. This means that both will now use the same user identifiers even in exceptional situations.
Additionally, the URLs of the loaded pages (page_location) will now come through the API from the same source as the JS tracking, improving data consistency in Google Analytics reports.
This update enhances the quality of analytics, especially when users navigate quickly across multiple pages or perform multiple conversion actions during the same session. It reduces the number of duplicate or missing events and helps build a more reliable overall picture of customer behavior.
