When a SuperAdmin creates a new user, AI Commerce Cloud now automatically sends an email to the user containing their username and a system-generated temporary password. This improves the onboarding experience and enhances security, as the SuperAdmin no longer needs to send a separate message with login credentials.
Upon first login, the user is prompted to change their password immediately. This ensures that only the user themselves has access to the account going forward.
The role of the SuperAdmin remains unchanged — they are still the only user group allowed to create new users and manage user rights. They can continue to reset passwords manually when needed, but the system now generates a default password automatically, making user management simpler and more secure.
