A very successful e-commerce renewal with AI Commerce Cloud! We decided to switch e-commerce platforms as a sum of many factors. We are seeking significant growth from the e-commerce in the long term, and our previous platform started to feel too heavy for achieving this. Additionally, developing various B2B features on the previous platform was very slow and costly. We wanted to find a more agile partner capable of flexibly meeting our growth needs. Moreover, the development of product information management had long been recognized as a need, and we achieved this development combined with the new e-commerce through AI Commerce. We had a very tight timeline for the project, but the collaboration with AI Commerce went really well throughout. We received very flexible and solutions-focused service, and the new e-commerce was launched on schedule. Our new e-commerce is still fresh, but we have already significantly improved the presentation of product information online, gained a significantly faster platform, clearer purchasing paths for customers, and versatile B2B features that our clients appreciate. Additionally, we now have a solid foundation to develop the e-commerce further together with AI Commerce in an agile manner and without compromises.
