Ownership rights of the interface and data
The customer fully owns the user interface of the AI Commerce e-commerce platform as well as all the data they have collected and managed through the platform. This means that the customer has the right to modify and manage the user interface and to use and utilize their own data in any way they desire.
Ownership rights of the back-end system
AI Commerce Cloud - the back-end system of the e-commerce platform is a SaaS solution owned and maintained by AI Commerce. The customer does not have ownership rights or direct control over the back-end system. This means that AI Commerce Cloud is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and security of the back-end system.
Permissions and restrictions
The customer has access to the backend system of the AI Commerce Cloud e-commerce platform in accordance with this agreement. The access rights include access to all features and services ordered by the customer. The customer must comply with the terms and conditions and restrictions defined in the access agreement.
Data Security and Privacy
AI Commerce Cloud is committed to protecting customer data and ensuring that all security practices are up to date and effective. Customer data is always handled confidentially and in full compliance with data protection regulations.
Updates and Maintenance
AI Commerce Cloud is responsible for the ongoing updates and maintenance of the eCommerce platform. Updates are applied regularly to ensure the system remains secure, stable, and up to date.
Support and Customer Service
AI Commerce Cloud provides its customers with technical support and customer service to help resolve any questions or issues related to the use and operation of the backend platform.
