We’ve improved transparency in order management by adding detailed logging for manual invoice emails. Whenever an admin clicks the Resend email button on an order, the system now records an entry in the order’s status history. The entry includes the exact timestamp of the attempt and whether it was successful or failed.
This enhancement ensures admins have a complete audit trail of email communication with customers, helping with troubleshooting, customer support, and compliance. The order history section at the bottom of the order page now provides full visibility into all invoice email activity, making it easier to verify and track communication.
