We added a new debugging feature for ERP integrations.
In the Admin Dashboard, the Customer page and Order page now show the latest message that was processed and successfully sent to the ERP system. If your ERP expects XML, you will see the exact XML that was sent. If it expects JSON, you will see the exact JSON that was sent.
This helps you troubleshoot API communication issues and speeds up support requests. When contacting your ERP provider, you can include this message content in your ticket. When contacting us, it is usually enough to provide the customer or order details, as our technician can view the same report.
If you work with a partner, they can also view the delivered message to help diagnose the issue and suggest improvements to the integration.
