Display a 'Pending Approval' notice for unverified accounts - enhance clarity in price display

This update provides a clear notification in situations where price information is restricted to verified customers only.

How it works

• If the "Display prices to verified customers only" setting is enabled and the user is logged in, but their customer account is not yet approved, the text "Pending approval" will appear where the price would be.

• The text is fully localizable: you can provide a custom message to your B2B customers directly from the admin panel.

• Once the account is verified, normal price display activates automatically without additional actions.
