Admin Debug View Added to Checkout

The checkout page now includes the same admin-only debug view previously available on the product page.

When you are logged in as an admin, or logged into a customer account via the admin dashboard, you can see cart and checkout metadata at the bottom of the checkout page. This includes packaging size, cart weight, dimensions, and details about shipping method exclusions, such as which rule excluded a method and the exclusion reason.

This improves visibility into checkout behaviour and helps partners troubleshoot issues and refine shipping rules and related business logic.
