AI Commerce AgentCore can now answer platform documentation questions inside the admin.
Admins can ask about documented platform behavior, settings, checkout, payment, shipping, pricing, and product-help topics. AgentCore routes these questions to the AI Commerce knowledge base, checks the available evidence, and writes the answer from approved documentation context.
If the documentation is partial or no strong match is found, AgentCore gives a clear gap or asks for clarification instead of guessing. This gives operators a faster self-service path for everyday "how does this work?" questions while keeping live tenant facts separate from documentation answers.
