AI Agents Now Continuously Improve Knowledge Base Accuracy

We have built an automation workflow in which AI agents continuously improve our knowledge base by comparing it against our codebase and updating it iteratively. In this first phase, the agents focus on correcting inaccuracies caused by the rapid evolution of our codebase, which has occasionally left parts of the knowledge base outdated. The goal is to make the knowledge base more accurate, more valuable, and more trustworthy, while also encouraging our merchants to rely on it more in their daily work. In the long run, this will also strengthen the AI assistant that uses the knowledge base to answer everyday questions related to AI Commerce.
