AgentCore now maintains conversation context across session changes

Overview

AI Commerce AgentCore now maintains the working context of a conversation when the AI session changes. If you reopen a conversation, reconnect, or the assistant service restarts, AgentCore automatically restores the context needed to understand follow-up questions. This means you can continue a discussion—such as about a specific order, customer, or report—without having to repeat previous information after a session boundary.

AgentCore saves completed turns before the final response is delivered. The visible transcript also remains accessible via conversation history. This automatic context restoration functions out of the box in AI Commerce, with no need for browser storage or additional configuration.
