CSV Categorisation Upgrade Using Human-Readable Category Codes

A new CSV-based categorisation tool has been added to AI Commerce Cloud. Instead of relying on numeric category IDs, the system now supports category codes, which are easier to read, manage, and maintain.

This improvement significantly enhances collaboration between teams, reduces human error in CSV imports/exports, and ensures that category structures remain consistent across environments.

By using human-friendly category codes—rather than internal numeric identifiers—bulk edits become more intuitive and safer, particularly when synchronizing large catalogs or working with multiple integrations.
