Duplicate Orders Directly from the Admin Dashboard

AI Commerce Cloud now allows administrators to duplicate an existing order directly from the Dashboard order view. After selecting an order, the Duplicate Order button creates a copy that can be edited, adjusted, and processed independently.

This feature is especially useful when quickly recreating similar orders for customers or making small modifications before sending a new order or invoice.

Please note that orders duplicated in this way are not sent to the ERP system. If an ERP copy is required, the duplication must be performed directly in the ERP. For stores that manage orders exclusively within AI Commerce Cloud, this feature can significantly speed up daily workflows.
