Dedicated mobile image now supported for homepage hero banners — images are automatically served by device

You can now set a dedicated mobile image for your homepage hero banner in AI Commerce Cloud. This allows you to optimize the banner’s appearance and ensure it looks great on all devices, especially mobile.

How to set the mobile image:

• Go to Banner Manager: Log in to the admin panel and navigate to Tools > Banner Manager.

• Select the banner to edit: Find the homepage hero banner and click “Edit.”

• Upload mobile image: Add the mobile image separately in the banner settings. Make sure the image is optimized for mobile to ensure fast loading and high visual quality.

• Save changes: Be sure to save all changes to apply the new mobile image.

This new feature improves the customer experience and ensures that your banners are visually appealing on all screen sizes.
