Extended Tisma ERP API Support for Order Messages

The native AI Commerce Cloud integration with Oscar Software’s Tisma ERP has been extended to support “tilauspäivitys” API messages, in addition to the previously supported “lähetystiedot” messages.

Since both message types are now available, customers can choose which one best fits their operational workflow. To avoid duplicate synchronization, it is recommended that the selected option is communicated to Oscar Software so that only the intended message type is enabled.

This enhancement provides greater flexibility in ERP-driven order handling and integration configuration.
