Overview
A new capability allows administrators with Agent knowledge access to upload PDF and DOCX files within the Agent knowledge workspace. This enables AI Commerce to refer to your own store-specific materials, as well as existing platform documentation, when answering questions.
Documents can be added or removed in a centralized location for streamlined management. The AI assistant will automatically incorporate the content of these documents—whether in Finnish or English—into its responses, providing contextually relevant answers based on your uploaded materials.
Note: Access is limited to users with Agent knowledge workspace permissions.
