Blocking free shipping by customer group now available

How it works in AI Commerce Cloud:

Define customer groups:

You can create different customer groups and assign specific free shipping rules to each. This means you can allow or block free shipping for selected groups.

Set shipping restrictions:

In the admin panel, navigate to the customer groups section. Here, you can define which groups are eligible for free shipping and which are not.

Manage pricing and shipping options:

Ensure that your shipping methods are configured so that free shipping is available only to designated customer groups. You can also set minimum thresholds that must be met before free shipping is enabled.
