We’ve enhanced category pages on AI Commerce Cloud with a new infinite scrolling feature. As users browse and the “Load more products” control (Next.svelte) enters the viewport, additional products automatically load, allowing for continuous, frictionless exploration without manual clicks.
To maintain full SEO compatibility and ensure services like Google Travel can still crawl product listings effectively, the traditional “Load more” and “Previous” navigation buttons remain in place. This hybrid approach provides the best of both worlds: a smooth, modern browsing experience for users, and robust crawlability for search engines and external services.
This improvement aims to reduce friction in product discovery, increase session duration, and ultimately support higher conversion rates by keeping customers engaged with your catalog for longer periods.
