New “Log out” option and clearer business customer fields added to checkout

All text is fully customizable per user role — different messages can be defined for guests and registered users directly in Tools > Translations.

Additionally, business customer fields such as VAT ID and company name are now separated into their own dedicated section. This prevents private consumers from accidentally filling in these fields, reducing input errors and improving the experience for both B2C and B2B segments.
