Merchants can now prevent unprofitable small orders by defining a minimum order value separately for domestic and international customers. The setting can be found under Configuration → My Store Minimum Values → Minimum Order Value National / International.
How it works
Country detection — The system compares the customer’s country to the store’s registration country and automatically applies the corresponding domestic or international threshold.
Separate thresholds — For example, you can set a €50 minimum for domestic orders and a €100 minimum for international orders.
Net vs. gross pricing — If your store uses net prices, the threshold is saved as a net value; if using gross prices, it is saved as a gross value.
Benefits for merchants
Improved profitability | Prevents processing low-margin or loss-making orders automatically. |
Market flexibility | Higher thresholds for international orders help cover additional costs without manual intervention. |
Clear maintenance | All settings managed in one view — no coding required. |

Summary
The new minimum order value feature gives you full control over order size thresholds, eliminating unprofitable small orders and improving your store’s overall profitability.
