The order-to-Tisma integration has been improved by introducing a queue-based processing model. When a customer places an order, it is now added to an internal API processing queue. The Tisma integration processes this queue automatically at regular intervals.
After an order is sent to Tisma, the Tisma API returns a confirmation indicating whether the processing was successful or if an error occurred. This confirmation, including the Tisma ID and processing status, is saved directly to the order history in AI Commerce Cloud.
If an error occurs, an administrator can correct the order details and resend the order using the Resend ERP button available at the top of the order edit view. This significantly improves transparency, error handling, and operational reliability for ERP-connected stores.
