WhatsApp Invoice Delivery Support Added to AI Commerce Cloud

AI Commerce Cloud now supports sending invoice links to customers via WhatsApp. When an order is created, the invoice is still sent by email as before, but can now additionally be delivered through WhatsApp, ensuring customers are notified in their preferred messaging channel.

To use this feature, a Meta WhatsApp Business account is required. In addition, the checkout flow must include a permission toggle that allows customers to provide ongoing consent to receive invoices via WhatsApp.
