Order API Messages Now Include Recorded Timestamps and ERP Status Message

Overview

Order API messages in AI Commerce now include recorded timestamps, and the order page now also shows a separate API Status Message for ERP status updates.

The order view shows when the latest API message was recorded and when the latest ERP status update message was received and stored. This makes it easier to confirm whether the ERP has actually sent a status update before investigating a mapping issue in AI Commerce.

Diagnosing Status Issues

If a status message is visible but the order status did not change, merchants can check the Order Status API ID mapping in AI Commerce.

If no newer status message is visible even though the ERP shows later order updates, the next step is usually to contact the ERP support team and share the latest received status message and timestamp.
