AI Commerce now shows a preview of your organization’s latest support tickets directly on the Submit Ticket page. Users can quickly review recent requests created by other administrators in the same organization, including their status and latest messages. This helps avoid duplicate tickets about the same issue and gives better visibility into what has already been reported. It also makes follow-up easier by showing which tickets are already solved and which still require action. The new preview improves support transparency and helps teams coordinate more efficiently before submitting a new request.
