Adding related products via CSV now supported using SKU codes

How it works:

CSV structure:

Related products are specified in the related_products column. You can simply list SKUs separated by commas. For example:

In this case, the system will create a product row where all these SKUs are linked as related products, using their main images.

Additional image ID:

If you want to link an additional image ID to a related product, you can append it in square brackets after the SKU. For example:

related_products: SKU100[12]

Here, 12 is the additional image ID assigned to SKU100.

CSV import:

Once your CSV file is prepared, you can import it in the AI Commerce Cloud admin panel under Tools > Import. Ensure the file is UTF-8 encoded and that the columns match the system’s expected structure.

This process enables a highly efficient and flexible way to manage related products in your store.
