Review reminder emails in AI Commerce can now include an optional Google Forms survey link.
How to Set It Up
If a Google Forms Email Survey URL is set in My Store, the existing delayed review reminder email will include that form link alongside the standard review request. Stores that want to use their own survey can add their Google Forms URL in My Store settings.
If the field is left empty, the review reminder email continues to send without the extra survey block — no changes to existing behavior are required.
