Tracking now works before and after user consent in line with Consent Mode V2

AI Commerce Cloud has updated its event tracking to comply with Consent Mode V2 requirements.

The platform can now reliably collect tracking and analytics data both before and after the user gives consent. This means that events such as conversions and traffic sources remain trackable even if the user has not yet accepted all cookie categories.

At the same time, AI Commerce Cloud ensures that functionality_storage and security_storage are always in a “granted” state, so that essential store functionality continues uninterrupted.

This update is especially important for merchants operating in GDPR regions who want to maintain analytics accuracy without compromising user privacy.
