Bulk import and export of attribute options via CSV now supported

Two levels of attribute management

• Attribute definition: Defines the field type (e.g., select, multiselect).

• Option management: Contains the actual selectable values (e.g., colors or brands).

New CSV option file structure

code;title[fi];title[en]

code;title[fi];title[en]

• code: Unique identifier for the option.

• title[fi], title[en], etc.: Language-specific option names.

• attribute: Reference to the attribute the option belongs to.

• sort_order: The display order of the option.

How it works

• Import options via CSV Import Options.

• Export current options via CSV Export Options.

Benefits

• Enables fast versioning, easy duplication, and flexible structure creation — for example, building new product categories or seasonal collections quickly.

• CSV files can be easily created or edited in Excel or Google Sheets.

• The system automatically validates the file before final import and notifies about any errors.

This update brings AI Commerce Cloud closer to PIM-level data management capabilities and offers more powerful product information maintenance for large-scale online stores.
