What does this mean?
The cookie notice is a prompt shown to users when they first visit the website. With this popup, users can either accept all cookies at once (“Accept all”) or go to settings to configure each cookie category individually (allow or block).
Cookies are divided into four categories:
Essential cookies: Enable basic site functions, such as adding products to the cart. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics & statistics: Used to collect usage data and improve site functionality. For example, Google Analytics only stores cookies if the user accepts them.
Preference cookies: Personalize site content based on user preferences. If not accepted, features like live chat will not be activated.
Marketing cookies: Used for advertising and tracking performance, such as Facebook and Google Ads.
Customers can update their cookie preferences at any time via the “Cookies” link in the website footer. Changes take effect immediately, and cookie consents remain valid for one year or until the customer changes their settings again or clears browser cookies.
