Newsletter popup re-display delay now configurable by the merchant

The re-display timing is now configurable directly from the admin panel in seconds. For example, a value of 604800 corresponds to a 7-day delay. If the value is set below 86400 (24 hours), the system will still enforce a minimum one-day interval to prevent excessive disruption.

This ensures that popups do not annoy visitors but remain an effective tool for growing your newsletter audience.

Additionally, popups are no longer shown to registered customers at all, providing a smoother experience for returning users and those already subscribed.
