A new customer service tool is now available in the AI Commerce Cloud admin panel. Merchants can log into a customer’s account using the “Account Login” button and choose whether to use the customer’s original cart or the merchant’s own prepared cart.
This feature enables merchants to create phone orders on behalf of a customer or share a cart during negotiations. It is accessible from the Customers view and integrates seamlessly with ERP systems — orders are automatically pushed to the backend just like standard orders.
Importantly, customers can still continue shopping from their own device without losing or overwriting their cart. This improvement enhances customer experience and speeds up order processing, especially in B2B environments.
