Managing related products in AI Commerce Cloud

Customized product recommendations allow you to select specific images for each related product, offering more relevant upsells and driving additional sales.

How to configure in the admin panel

• Go to the product edit page: In the admin panel, navigate to Catalog, find the product using the search bar, and click Edit next to the product.

• Locate the “Related” section: On the edit page, you’ll find a section labeled Related. Here you can add related products by entering their SKU codes.

• Select the product and image: When you start typing a SKU, AI Commerce Cloud will suggest matching products. Choose the desired product from the list and click on the image you want to use for recommendations. Selecting an image is a required step to ensure the correct visual appears in the recommendation.

• Save changes: After adding all related products and selecting their images, make sure to save the page. Saving updates the system cache so recommendations display correctly in the storefront.
