Overview
AI Commerce Cloud now has a new agentic native admin panel available first for pilot customers. The new admin is built as an application-like workspace instead of a traditional page-by-page admin interface. It includes a natively integrated AI agent that can assist merchants with daily work, navigation, reporting, product information, and operational tasks.
Migration
The migration will happen step by step. During the transition, tenants can continue using the existing admin panel while new pages and tools become available in the new admin. When the new admin is fully ready and battle tested, the legacy admin services can be retired progressively.
