Customers can now allow substitutes per cart item. When the option is selected, the invoice includes a note confirming the customer has approved a replacement at no extra cost. This provides greater flexibility in fulfilling orders and reduces cancellations due to out-of-stock items.
To activate, request your integration partner to add allowSubstitute.svelte to your Shopping Cart. No backend configuration is required.
