API Process Queue Report for Integration Transparency

API Process Queue published for merchants and partners

A new report is available in Admin > Reports > API Process Queue. It exposes the current API processing queue (api_process_queue) to improve transparency and troubleshooting with merchants and integration partners.

The view lists queued jobs (newest first), including Job ID, API, Endpoint, Method, Data, Created At, and Error. It is intentionally simple and fast, with no search or filters.

Use this report to understand why processing is stuck and to monitor large inbound and outbound updates (for example, Akeneo mass product updates processed in batches to avoid timeouts, or outgoing messages created after checkout orders and account edits). Errors are shown in the Error column; a high number of errors may pause processing for certain integrations until reviewed.

If the queue is stuck or contains obsolete/invalid items, use Flush to clear the queue in one action (confirmation required) and re-run after fixing the underlying issue.
