Mandatory 2FA Enforcement for Super Admin Accounts

We are strengthening our 2FA requirements. We will roll out enforcement so that all Super Admin accounts must have two-factor authentication enabled. This reduces the risk of unauthorized access if a password is lost or compromised.

Please advise all organization users to enable 2FA. Super Admins can view which admins do not currently use 2FA. If you are a Super Admin, we also strongly recommend enabling 2FA for your own account to protect your organization’s data.

AI Commerce cannot prevent incidents where a password is stolen due to malware on a personal computer or social engineering. For these scenarios, 2FA is the most effective protection and significantly reduces the risk of account takeover.
