B2B Organization Requester Role with Approval-Based Order Flow

Organizations: Requester role + approval-style order flow

We added support for a new organization customer type Requester.

Requester users can place orders and create quotes, but these are created in an on-hold / waiting approval status by default. Organization Admins (and store admins) can review these draft-like orders/quotes and change the status to Accepted (or Received, depending on your process). Once marked as Accepted/Received, the order/quote is released forward: it is sent to ERPQ / external integrations internal fulfillment processes will pick it up for order processing and delivery.

This enables a lightweight approval workflow for B2B organizations: some users can submit orders as “requests” that remain pending until an authorized approver confirms them.
