Customizable Email Header & Footer Templates in Admin Panel

AI Commerce now supports customizable Email Templates (Header & Footer) directly in the Hallintapaneeli. Store admins can update the email frame (branding header and footer) without any code changes, while the actual email body content remains unchanged for full compatibility with existing automations.

Templates are managed per domain, making it easy to maintain different branding and contact details for multi-country setups while still using the same email flows. Updates like logos, colors, slogans, legal links, and social profiles can be rolled out instantly from one place.

The rollout is by design: if a custom header/footer is empty or contains a technical error (for example invalid Twig syntax), AI Commerce automatically falls back to the default templates—ensuring emails always send successfully.

For partners and technical teams, the header/footer supports Twig rendering at send time, enabling dynamic values such as logo, store.*, and translations[…] for localized, data-driven templates.
