Overview
The new admin introduces a clearer Catalog section that contains products, attributes, warehouse-related data, categories, media, shipping, references, and related catalog tools.
Product-Category Separation
Products and categories are now separated at the management level. Products have their own product management UI, categories have their own category management UI, and product-to-category assignment is handled as a relationship.
This is different from the old admin, where products were managed as if they lived inside category folders. The new model makes products easier to find, search, filter, and manage across the whole catalog.
