Overview
You can now configure which order statuses allow customer self-service cancellations in AI Commerce Cloud. Each status offers an “Is cancellable” option, enabling tailored control over when customers are permitted to withdraw orders.
When a customer requests a cancellation, the platform checks the order's current status in real time. If the status is not designated as cancellable, the cancellation request is rejected before any changes occur.
This improvement enables alignment of order management controls with your specific fulfillment workflows.
