AI Commerce Cloud now supports withdrawal request submissions from guest customers without requiring account sign-in. The new request form collects an order number and contact information, and confirms the request if the supplied details match an existing order record.
Once submitted, the withdrawal request is registered for further processing by the store team; the process does not cancel the order automatically. To protect order information, the confirmation response remains the same for both valid and invalid submissions.
