Configure automatic PostNord return slips via Shipit in My Store

We’ve added a new shipping configuration option to My Store for merchants using PostNord through the Shipit integration.

You can now control whether a PostNord return shipping label (return slip) is created automatically at the same time as the outbound shipping label via the Shipit EDI API.

• Set the option to true to automatically generate a PostNord return slip together with the outbound shipping label.

• Set the option to false if you don’t want a return slip to be created for that shipment.

This gives merchants more flexibility in how they handle returns: you can enable automatic return slips for markets or product groups where prepaid returns are standard, and disable them when you prefer to include return labels only on request or follow a different return workflow.
