AI Commerce Cloud now introduces CSV Quick Order, designed specifically for B2B customers placing high-volume or repeat orders.
From their customer profile, users can download a ready-made CSV template containing predefined SKU and Quantity columns. After filling in the required products and amounts, the file can be uploaded directly to the webshop.
The system automatically matches SKUs to products, clearly indicates which items were found, and adds valid rows directly to the cart with a single action. During checkout, all cart lines remain fully editable, allowing final adjustments before order confirmation.
This functionality significantly reduces ordering time, minimizes input errors, and supports efficient procurement workflows for professional buyers.
