Customer-Specific Volume Discount Restrictions for B2B Pricing

AI Commerce Cloud now supports customer- and customer group–specific restrictions for volume (step) discounts, allowing merchants to apply highly targeted pricing rules in B2B environments.

Each volume discount row can be configured with one of the following scopes:

• Customer-specific – the discount is available only to the selected customer

• Customer group–specific – the discount is available only to customers within the selected group

• Unrestricted – the discount applies to all customers, as before

All restrictions are managed directly on the Volume Discounts page, ensuring full transparency and easy administration without custom logic or manual workarounds.

This enhancement enables advanced contract pricing, negotiated deals, and segmented pricing strategies while keeping discount logic centralized and scalable.
