Direct FAQ Question linking from product edit page in AI Commerce Cloud

A new enhancement makes it possible to link FAQ questions directly to products while editing them in the Admin panel. This offers a faster and more intuitive way to manage FAQ content across your catalog.

How it works:

• Open a product in the Admin panel and scroll to the FAQ questions section.

• Use Shift + right-click on the desired questions to select and link them.

• Save the product to apply the changes.

The result is the same as linking questions from the FAQ questions page, but now merchants can manage these connections directly within the product edit view.

This improvement streamlines FAQ management, reduces context switching between admin pages, and ensures merchants can provide accurate and relevant Q&A content on product pages with minimal effort.
